*Position Mission:*	This role's primary goal is to manage the IMS brand’s digital footprint. The person will be responsible for engaging with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities; and must work on research for sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts.
*Responsibilities:*	Managing social media for IMS brands Working on research for sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts to engage with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities Researching and analyzing competitors to identify the best social media and digital marketing practices Working closely with the Operations team to achieve business goals regarding brand awareness and lead generation Overseeing the digital footprints of the IMS brand Creating and monitoring paid campaigns Working on research for sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts to engage with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities Managing and coordinating to keep all the websites updated Generating new ideas for social media Content writing (basic understanding of trends, hashtags, and copywriting) Researching and Reporting
*Essential Functions:*	Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns (e-mail marketing, social media marketing, content marketing) Solid understanding of market research methods and keywords
*Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills*	Post-graduate in Management, with specialization in marketing/branding 1 - 1.5 years Experience in brand building/enhancing, marketing, and advertising Good verbal and written communication skills Able to think strategically to achieve business goals Basic content writing skills Strong analytical and organization skills, with great attention to detail Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and diligent Knowledge of MS Office Suite
