Position Mission: 

This role's primary goal is to manage the IMS brand’s digital footprint.  

The person will be responsible for engaging with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities;  and must work on research for sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts.  

Responsibilities:

  • Managing social media for IMS brands
  • Working on research for sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts to engage with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities
  • Researching and analyzing competitors to identify the best social media and digital marketing practices
  • Working closely with the Operations team to achieve business goals regarding brand awareness and lead generation
  • Overseeing the digital footprints of the IMS brand
  • Creating and monitoring paid campaigns
  • Working on research for sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts to engage with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities
  • Managing and coordinating to keep all the websites updated
  • Generating new ideas for social media
  • Content writing (basic understanding of trends, hashtags, and copywriting)
  • Researching and Reporting

Essential Functions:
  • Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns (e-mail marketing, social media marketing, content marketing)
  • Solid understanding of market research methods and keywords

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
  • Post-graduate in Management, with specialization in marketing/branding
  •  1 - 1.5 years
  • Experience in brand building/enhancing, marketing, and advertising
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to think strategically to achieve business goals
  • Basic content writing skills
  • Strong analytical and organization skills, with great attention to detail
  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and diligent
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
