Job Description

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Isha Outreach's FMCG products
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with sales team to create promotional campaigns and drive product sales
- Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate marketing effectiveness
- Manage social media platforms and online marketing efforts to increase brand visibility
- Coordinate with external agencies to create marketing materials and advertisements
- Assist in organizing events and activations to promote products to target audiences
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and ROI to ensure goals are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
- Provide regular updates to management on marketing initiatives and results.
