Job Description
Role: Learning Operation/Learning Administrator – Contract to Hire (3rd Party Payroll)
Shift : 2pm -11 pm
Location: Hyderabad
1. Provide support to the US Learning and Development Team, to serve the Offshore Clients, with regards to Planning and Delivering of trainings.
2. It is essential to act as an Advisor & a consultant to our clients.
3. Provide administration support for US Program managers and Delivery Specialists
4. Manage learning mailboxes and respond to queries
5. Maintain and manage the Deloitte LMS (learning management system)
6. Send communications such as pre-work, instructor/participant memos, invites etc.
7. Data entry/verification for attendance capture/Learning session creation
8. Connect with Clients periodically, provide relevant updates and serve as a consultant/advisor
9. Serve as coordinator for Virtual sessions and provide technical support
10. Provide adhoc/scheduled reports and analytics to program managers.
