Job Description
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Jr. Sous Chef is responsible to assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet, in accordance with the restaurant's standards and financial goals.
As Jr. Sous Chef, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
Qualifications
• Basic Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
• Food Innovation - Experiments to come up with new specialities that will draw customers
• Keeps up with the trends in cooking and restaurant business
• Should have worked previously as a Jr. Sous Chef /Sr. CDP, minimum prior experience of 7-10 Years in the Industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned with a can do work style
• Some experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
• Strong communication skills
