Job Description
- Monitor all transactions and ensure compliance with quality regulations and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Follow-up on issues/queries/clarification respective to assigned Client/Carrier internally with Team Lead and get it closed on Client portal.
- Secure information by completing database backups.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Perform quality check assessment on all processes of various associates.
- Playing a vital role with co-workers to deliver the customer expected deliverable.
- To be self-learning all new assigned Clients/Carriers in a limited time frame.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain all required data/report such as Production/Queries of his individual on daily basis.
- Should perform multi-tasking in other assigned projects if any as well.
Requirements and skills
- Excellent in reading/understand English especially US client documents and should be able to self-work based on the document instruction.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Good in E-mail etiquette.
- Medium level computer proficiency (MS Office – Word and Excel).
- Experience in working on any kind of other Client applications previously is preferable.
- Experience in working Cloud platform is preferable.
- Ability to work independently and to self-learn new tasks based on instruction and complete routine work in a timely manner.
- Should be flexible in working any shift as per process requirement.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
