Job Description

- Clear Communication: Intern will assist in drafting and sending out communications to employees regarding HR policies and procedures. - Decision Making: Intern will participate in discussions and provide input on HR strategies and decisions. - MS Excel: Intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating spreadsheets tracking employee data and information. - People Management: Intern will shadow HR managers and learn key skills in managing and engaging employees effectively. - Support HR team in various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. - Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops for employees. - Participate in HR meetings and take notes on key discussion points and action items. - Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to contribute new ideas and solutions for the department.
