Job Description

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or inquiries
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high quality standards
- Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics
- Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
