The Institute Counsellor at Digital Marketing will be responsible for providing one-on-one counseling and guidance to students pursuing digital marketing programs. The Institute Counsellor will also support students in developing job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation. Additionally, the Counsellor will collaborate with faculty and staff to create workshops and seminars on career exploration and development. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the digital marketing industry are essential for success in this role. A background in counseling or career services in a higher education setting is preferred.

Job Description

- Provide counselling and support services to students and students at the institute
- Develop and implement mental health programs and initiatives
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions
- Assess and address mental health needs and concerns of students and staff
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support services
- Stay current on mental health trends and research
- Maintain confidential and accurate records of counselling sessions
- Provide crisis intervention and referral services as needed
- Work with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
- Support the overall well-being and success of students and staff.
