- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management
- Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities
- Train and supervise staff members involved in import/export processes
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
