Job Description
- Provide support in HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business goals.
- Manage talent acquisition processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
- Support talent management initiatives such as performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Assist in providing training and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Support the HR team in other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
