Job Description
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings within the organization
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, social media, and job boards
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
- Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for selection
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage job postings on internal and external platforms to attract top talent
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve sourcing strategies
- Provide regular updates and reports
