- Responsible for client handling and communication during recruitment process
- Conduct HR recruitment tasks including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Provide leadership and management for the recruitment team
- Implement sales training and team development strategies
- Coordinate team meetings and monitor team performance
- Ensure effective communication between team members and clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics and progress to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and team management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful recruitment and team building efforts.
