Job Description
- Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process for various positions within the Seller Hub team
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable solutions
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of recruitment specialists to achieve departmental objectives
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their performance and foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with other HR departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
- Analyze data and produce reports to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
