- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
- Manage the sales team recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
- Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Drive the recruitment process to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales team management.
