Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Work closely with team members to coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Create and update job descriptions based on feedback from hiring managers and market trends
- Use collaboration skills to work with hiring managers and team members to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and practices.
