Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilize teamwork skills to source and recruit top talent for various positions
- Collect and review resumes, conducting initial screenings and interviews
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations for recruitment purposes
- Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Work closely with HR team to ensure alignment with company culture and values
- Assist in onboarding and orientation process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics for reporting purposes.
