Job Description
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the organization
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
- Coordinate and facilitate team collaboration in the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
- Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and team members on recruitment best practices
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
