Job Description
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and screen candidates
- Collect and analyze data to measure effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring teams
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Facilitate the offer and negotiation process with candidates
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to recruitment
- Work closely with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.
