- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent

- Build relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process

- Acquire new clients through networking and marketing efforts
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and client contacts
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires
- Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
