Job Description
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Proficiency in Hindi language to effectively communicate with a diverse range of candidates
- Maintain positive attitude and professionalism throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other organizations to attract top talent
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Organize and attend job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives
- Assist with other HR functions and projects as needed.
