Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the recruitment process
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences
- Lead a team of recruiters to ensure successful hiring processes
- Manage and oversee team performance, providing support and guidance as needed
- Coordinate recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet organizational goals
- Develop and implement training programs for the recruitment team
- Monitor team progress and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with HR partners to streamline recruitment processes and enhance teamwork
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and team members.
