Role & responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates from Job portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently.
- Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network though social media, get best referral resource for any given requirement.
- Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per client requirement (given skill set) doing end to end recruitment.
- Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes.
- Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
