- Source potential candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Provide feedback to hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and track progress
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations
- Coordinate job fairs, recruitment events, and other activities
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
