Job Description
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions within the company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms
- Utilize recruiting tools and techniques to attract top talent
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential hires
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain applicant tracking system and keep all recruitment records up to date
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company as an employer of choice
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
