Job Description
- Conduct full cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates
- Manage the offer process including salary negotiations and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to source potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices in the HR field.
