- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for Flipkart Seller team
- Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to find qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in recruitment system
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Work closely with HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
