Job Description
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract top talent to Flipkart
- Utilize social media platforms and online job boards for recruitment advertising
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
