- Utilize HR expertise to develop recruitment strategies and identify top talent
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and update candidate database
- Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices in recruitment
- Communicate effectively with candidates and provide feedback on their application status
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.
