Job Description
- Conduct full life cycle recruiting to source, screen, and hire top talent for various positions within Amazon
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment tools and social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Manage candidate relationships and provide follow-up communication throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and candidate data
- Act as a brand ambassador for Amazon, promoting a positive employer brand and attracting top talent to the company
