Job Description
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Utilize various recruitment tools and strategies to attract top talent for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment events to build a strong pipeline of candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in recruitment and HR to continuously improve recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist in onboarding and orientation process for new hires
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR team and leadership
