Job Description
- Source and recruit candidates using various job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and establish a talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment efforts
- Coordinate job offers and negotiations with selected candidates
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage recruitment metrics and analytics to track success and make data-driven decisions
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization
- Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders on recruitment progress
