We are seeking an experienced HR Head to oversee all human resources functions for our team of freelance recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policies and procedures, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Head will also play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, conducting training and development programs, and providing guidance and support to our team of freelance recruiters. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee all aspects of human resources including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Work closely with management to understand and address HR needs within the organization
- Create and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with labor legislation
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding and orientation
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances in a timely manner
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes
- Collaborate with external partners such as recruitment agencies, legal advisors, and training providers.
