The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and benefits administration. Job Description

- Manage recruitment and selection process for DSJ INFOTECH.
- Oversee onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in strategic workforce planning.
- Provide support to management on HR-related matters.
