Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and handle payroll processing
- Handle employee grievances and provide counseling when necessary
- Assist in performance evaluation and career development programs
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff
- Assist in organizing company events and activities
- Collaborate with management to strategize human resources planning and goal setting.
