Job Description

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards
- Notify maintenance of any damages or repairs needed
- Keep stock of cleaning supplies and communicate any shortages to management
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Report any lost and found items to the appropriate department
- Work efficiently and quickly to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed within designated shift.
