Job Description: Head – Operations / Business Head
Location: Indore (Head Office)
Fixed salary: INR 15 to 18 LPA + Pefroamance Bonus (Based on Company and self Performance + Employ Stock Option (ESOP) to be discussed and finalized at the time of Offer finalization.

With verticals such as MedyAarogya, Medymate, Medymind, Medyshe, Medyvision, Medydiet, and MedyVend, we are building India’s largest telemedicine-led rural healthcare ecosystem.
Position Overview
The Head – Operations / Business Head will be responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence, business expansion, revenue growth, and execution across Medyseva’s national network. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional teams, lead partnerships, improve service delivery, and ensure Medyseva’s models are efficiently implemented at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership
- Lead operational strategy across all Medyseva verticals.
- Drive organizational growth plans and expansion strategy.
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO on long-term business planning.
- Build and manage high-performing teams.
- Operations Management
- Oversee functioning of rural telemedicine clinics and partner sites.
- Monitor KPIs, patient volumes, and service quality.
- Implement SOPs and ensure technology platform efficiency.
- Business Expansion & Partnerships
- Drive partnerships with hospitals, medical colleges, and government departments.
- Lead expansion of the Doctor’s Consortium Model and MedyAarogya clinics.
- Identify new revenue channels.
- Financial & Performance Management
- Own P&L for operations and expansion activities.
- Track revenue metrics, cost optimization, and ROI.
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards.
- Team Management & Training
- Lead and mentor regional/state teams and field staff.
- Conduct training programs for partners and field teams.
- Foster accountability and efficiency.
- Process, Compliance & Quality Control
- Establish standardized SOPs across units.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or MPH preferred; healthcare background is a plus
- 8–15 years of experience in operations/business leadership roles
- Experience in healthcare delivery or large-scale field programs is advantageous
- Prior experience managing large teams
