Job Title: Head of Production – Hand Moulding Foundry
Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Company Overview:
Our foundry specializes in heavy hand moulding of CI/SGI and Steel castings, producing approximately 400 tons of CI/SGI and 100 tons of Steel annually, with single-piece weights ranging from 500 kg to 8000 kg.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Production to lead our hand moulding foundry operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience on the shop floor and a proven ability to manage large teams to deliver high-quality castings on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all production operations, ensuring timely delivery of quality castings.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules for CI/SGI and Steel casting operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a workforce of 80–100 personnel.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards on the shop floor.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to optimize operations.
- Resolve technical production issues and troubleshoot shop floor challenges.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in foundry production, with at least 5 years as Head of Production in a heavy hand moulding foundry.
- Strong hands-on experience in shop floor practices for CI/SGI and Steel casting.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver production targets efficiently.
- Minimum age: 45 years.
- Willingness to relocate to Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
