Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with other departments to produce the final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proven graphic designing knowledge
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
- Ready to work the night shift
INITIAL TIMING PERIODS: The first 3 months will consist of day shifts only, as the candidates will be undergoing training.
POST TRAINING: After the initial 3-month training period, all candidates must be ready to work permanently in night shifts and any of the required rotational shift timings.
DAY SHIFTS [DURING TRAINING ONLY]:
- 8 AM to 5 PM
- 9 AM to 6 PM
- 10 AM to 7 PM
- 11 AM to 8 PM
- 12 PM to 9 PM
NIGHT SHIFTS [POST-TRAINING]:
- 2 PM to 11 PM
- 5 PM to 2 AM
- 8 PM to 5 AM
- 9 PM to 6 AM
- 10 PM to 7 AM
- 11 PM to 8 AM
- 12 AM to 9 AM
