Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : help shape the trajectory of the design and development of high-quality software solutions that is built upon a combination AWS & OCI based cloud providers using MEAN stack and serverless application components.
- Code Reviews : Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring best practices and maintaining code quality.
- Assist in Architectural Decisions : Design and maintain scalable and reliable cloud architectures on AWS and OCI.
- Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Documentation : Ensure that technical documentation is created and maintained.
- Communication : Facilitate seamless communication across the fully remote, multi-national team, ensuring clarity, and alignment between multiple organizations.
Experience and required Skills :
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience in software development,
- Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of the MEAN / MERN stacks as well as Typescript.
- Proven experience in managing agile projects using Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines
