Job Description
- Coordinate shipping and transportation logistics for clients
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during transit
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Utilize transportation management software to optimize efficiency
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines
- Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics preferred.
