NVAK BIOTECH INSTRUMENTS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge biotech instruments to research laboratories, universities, and biotech companies. Duties include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with customers. The Field Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the biotech industry. Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Track and report sales performance metrics
- Travel to meet with clients and attend trade shows and events
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential

Salary : 15k ( for three months then performance based salary )

Male and female both from local

Language : English,hindi and telegu

Education: Any btech graduated ( preferred graduated from streams of biology, chemistry, zoology and life sciences)

2 wheelers mandatory
