Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Submit bills and required documents at client offices
-
Onboard new vendors and complete necessary documentation
-
Visit transport markets to identify potential vendors and business opportunities
-
Collect vendor rates and RFQ (Request for Quotation) details
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
-
Conduct market surveys to analyze pricing and service availability
-
Travel locally and outstation as required for business activities
-
Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to the office team
Key Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors

Good understanding of local market dynamics

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
-
Relationship-building and interpersonal skills
-
Willingness to travel and work in field-based roles
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
-
Prior experience in field sales, logistics, or vendor coordination is preferred
-
Valid driving license is an added advantage
