Role:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Recruiter at Yuvashakti Foundation - India. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various job positions. They will conduct interviews, screen resumes, evaluate candidates, and recommend qualified individuals for placement. The Field Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers, maintain applicant databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience:
* Minimum 5 Year Experience in the recruitment and NON IT staffing industry.
* Excellent knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
* Good understanding of labor laws and regulations
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
