Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-caller to contribute to the growth of our organization by connecting with potential and existing clients. The Tele caller will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing detailed service information.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Explain company services and answer queries about features, pricing, and benefits.
- Maintain customer information and records of calls in the company database.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase services.
- Identify customer needs and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in (English, Hindi)
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in a similar tele calling or sales role is a plus.
