Job Description
- Coordinate with international clients to understand their export requirements
- Prepare and submit export documentation for customs clearance
- Assist in negotiating export contracts and pricing
- Ensure all shipments are in compliance with export regulations
- Liaise with logistics providers to arrange transportation of goods
- Monitor shipment progress and update clients on delivery status
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during export process
- Keep up to date with changes in export laws and regulations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote export opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
