Job Description
- Should be well versed with the Office Administration.
- To manage all administrative tasks for the Director
- Support the Director for emails, letters or assist him for daily tasks
- Calendar management and scheduling meetings or appointments
- Independent correspondence in absence of the Director
- Maintain Director’s expense reports and tour reports;
- Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential;
- Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas;
- Compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Coordinate with factory, R&D etc to follow-up on matters of importance
- Handling effectively all other secretarial tasks and assisting the Director in day to day office
