Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – F&A to assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and solid working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and general accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Daily accounting entries and maintenance of books of accounts
-
Assist in preparation of vouchers, invoices, and bills
-
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
-
Ensure accuracy in Tally ERP data entry
-
Support in preparation of financial reports and ledgers
-
Maintain documentation and assist in audit processes
-
Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and records
-
Assist senior finance staff as required
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
-
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software
Experience:
-
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
-
Experience in hospital or healthcare sector is an added advantage
