Job Description

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage executive calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial data
- Screen and prioritize incoming communication and requests
- Represent the CEO in internal and external communications
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaison with other departments and external contacts on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
