Job Description
What will you do?  Strategize and identify enterprises within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance seeking capability building in their workforce.  Develop a comprehensive understanding of the BFSI industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and key industry players.  Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential clients and pitch tailored solutions to senior-level executives (CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers).  Generate leads from marketing and lead-generation efforts.  Strategically plan and prioritize travel schedules to maximize face-to-face interactions with C-level executives of target enterprises.  Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.  Implement rigorous follow-up strategies to convert leads into successful business engagements.  Consistently meet targets for input activities, conversions, and revenue.  Monitor and report on key metrics regularly.  Work closely with internal teams to align client goals with AntWalk’s L&D offerings, ensuring delivery of impactful learning solutions that result in tangible business results.    What skills do you need?  A bachelor’s degree in sales or a related field. MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes preferred.  Candidates must possess a well-established and extensive network of contacts within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry.  4–6 years of B2B sales experience in banking sales or Fintech companies or insurance is preferred.  Candidates with prior exposure or a solid understanding of EdTech, HR Tech, or Learning and Development (L&D) solutions will be highly preferred.  Familiarity with delivering or selling corporate training solutions, employee development programs, or technology-enabled HR tools is an advantage.  Strong and proven relationships with industry stakeholders, decision-makers, and clients are essential.  Willingness to travel extensively across the country.  Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal closure, and managing key accounts.  Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.  Why will you love to work with us?   Unlock opportunities for continuous professional development and advancement in your career trajectory.  Competitive salary packages complemented by performance-based incentives, ensure your efforts are duly rewarded.  Thrive in our dynamic and collaborative work environment, where innovation and growth are at the forefront.  Enjoy the flexibility of working hours and the option to work remotely, providing a healthy work-life balance.  Join us in driving the rapid growth of our EdTech startup and experience accelerated career development firsthand.
