Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Education Counselor to provide career and academic guidance to working professionals seeking to enhance their skills, qualifications, and career prospects through further education. The Education Counselor will offer personalized advice on suitable courses, certifications, and degree programs aligned with their career goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the educational and professional background of working individuals to understand their goals and identify relevant programs or certifications.
Provide personalized guidance on selecting suitable courses, degree programs, and professional certifications that align with career development and growth.
Advise on part-time, online, and flexible learning options for professionals with varying schedules.
Assist clients in understanding admission requirements, application processes, and deadlines for educational programs.
Guide professionals in identifying skills gaps and recommend courses that support skill enhancement and career advancement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging fields, and new educational opportunities relevant to working professionals.
Track student progress and provide ongoing support during the course enrollment process and throughout their academic journey.
Develop and deliver workshops or webinars on professional development, upskilling, and continuing education.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Spoken English
Graduation Complete with a minimum of at least 1 year of work experience.
Post Graduate (Preferred)
